Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatch of finished goods, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and implementing inventory management principles in the plant/depot. Your role will also involve creating deployment plans for shipping labor, ensuring safety norms are upheld, and managing various data reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods according to the shared plan, without any deviations. - Maintain minimum inventory levels in the plant/depot. - Implement inventory management principles such as FIFO, zero expiry, and Fill rate. - Develop plans for the deployment of shipping labor based on different requirements throughout the year. - Uphold safety norms within the plant/depot. - Manage MIS and data reports on dispatch, sales return, and production plan reconciliation. - Publish management dashboards according to the set timeline. - Foster healthy relationships with Transport & CnF agents to ensure the timely availability of vehicles. Qualifications: - Graduation required (Post Graduation preferred). Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain function in Manufacturing or FMCG. - 5 years of experience in dispatch operations. Desired Skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in managing organized & unorganized workforce.
