Job Description

As a Manager at GlobalLogic, your role will involve leading end-to-end project delivery and pre-sales activities. You will ensure alignment with client objectives, manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and support solutioning through research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee large-scale operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement overall delivery strategies aligned with business goals. - Formulate operational and strategic roadmaps for multiple concurrent projects in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Lead team meetings, issue meeting agendas, capture minutes, track action items, and drive resolution with client and internal teams. - Follow up on open actions, ensure adherence to project timelines, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues. - Serve as a mentor, provide leadership guidance, and support talent development and succession planning. - Drive continuous process improvement and optimize performance to champion operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Holds excellent academic credentials with over 13 years of experience in IT project and operations management. - Extensive experience in leading and delivering large-scale engagements involving 350+ team members. - Deep expertise in account management, resource management, and stakeholder alignment. - Proven track record in AM and Project Manager roles, with a focus on strategic planning and goal-driven delivery. - Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously and aligning business requirements with strategic vision. - Demonstrated success in operations management, process optimization, and organizational change implementation. - Strong leadership qualities to coach, mentor, and motivate teams for peak performance and career development.
