Manager UI &UX Designer

Job Description

UI & UX Manager who can take full ownership of the user experience across our D2C sites Gant.in and Iconicindia.com. This person will work closely with me and the tech, marketing, and design teams to improve how the website looks, feels, and performs — especially on mobile. The focus will be on improving conversion rates, simplifying navigation, speeding up the site, and ensuring the online experience reflects the premium positioning of our brands. Key Responsibilities Map the user journey and identify areas where users are dropping off. Improve the design and navigation on mobile and desktop to make it easier to browse and shop. Work with developers to fix UX issues and ensure faster load times. Run A/B tests (layouts, CTAs, product filters, etc.) to improve conversion. Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity to understand user behavior. Ensure the UI design stays true to each brand’s identity (especially Gant). Coordinate with marketing and creative teams on landing pages, campaigns, and new collections. What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience in UI/UX in ecommerce. Strong design skills using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Should be comfortable working with tech teams to implement changes. Experience using analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, etc.) to inform design decisions. Someone who’s detail-oriented, takes ownership, and understands how UX impacts business performance.
