Manager, Transfer Pricing

You will be a part of Microsoft's Tax & Customs Department, specifically focusing on Transfer Pricing. Your role involves ensuring compliance with global transfer pricing regulations and conducting financial analysis. The position is based in Mumbai, India. - Prepare Microsoft's global transfer pricing documentation with accuracy and consistency. - Assist in the CbCr notification process and other transfer pricing compliance requirements. - Analyze P&L statements in detail to gather data for transfer pricing studies. - Collaborate with stakeholders from tax, finance, legal, and controllership to ensure alignment and compliance with transfer pricing regulations. - Stay updated on global transfer pricing developments and implement process improvements for documentation and reporting quality. - Bachelor's Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 6 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax compliance, or tax advisory. - OR Advanced Degree (e.g. Master's in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field; J.D., LL.M. in Taxation) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax compliance, or tax advisory. - OR equivalent experience. - Profound understanding of international transfer pricing laws and regulations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
