Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and excellent project management, leadership, communication, relationship building, analytical, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Participate in transfer pricing engagements by thoroughly analyzing information and applying economic/financial knowledge to client situations. Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services/work products. Prepare global documentation, perform benchmarking/planning assignments, assist with audit defense, and participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs). Engage in business development initiatives and contribute to the achievement of team goals. Manage client service team members and foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team. Demonstrate general knowledge of engagement "big picture" and take ownership of your schedule, proactively seeking work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal. Develop, mentor, and supervise Analysts, Advanced Analysts, and Assistant Managers, conducting performance reviews and contributing to performance feedback for staff. Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining, and training transfer pricing professionals, while maintaining an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis. Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently. ### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing with a strong understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts. Master's degree in any stream, or CA/ ICWA/CS Inter/Final/CFA; advanced degrees in economics, law, finance, tax, or accounting are also acceptable. Strong proficiency in using EY applications and databases, along with extensive experience with various technology tools. Experience in managing a team of approximately 3-4 people, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools specifically WORD, EXCEL, and Advanced Excel. Ability to present research findings effectively, both written and verbally, with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
