Job Description

Urgent Hiring | Manager Technical / Fund / Syndicate Accounting (Reserving, Reconciliation & Reporting)

Role Overview:

Manager – Technical/Fund/Syndicate Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & review
Syndicate, Fund, and Technical Accounting
entries for premiums, claims & reinsurance.
Lead
reserving, reconciliations, and month-end close
activities with accuracy and compliance.
Drive adherence to
IFRS 17, Solvency II, and Lloyd’s reporting requirements.
Partner with
Actuarial, Underwriting, and FP&A
teams for data accuracy and reporting.
Strengthen
process controls, automation initiatives, and governance
across RTR operations.
Oversee
journal entries, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Required Qualifications:

CA / CPA / M.Com / B.Com / Finance Graduate.
6–9+ years
of experience in
RTR / Technical Accounting / Insurance Finance.
Hands-on with
Oracle, Blackline, MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
Must have
experience working with an Insurance client.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of
IFRS / GAAP / Solvency II / Lloyd’s reporting.
Excellent
analytical, stakeholder management & communication
skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing controls & compliance.
