We are looking for a highly skilled Manager - Taxation to join our Finance department on full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be involved in leading comprehensive tax compliance efforts. The candidate will provide strategic guidance on tax-related matters, manage tax audits, and ensure effective communication with tax authorities. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide and support the finance team in achieving organizational goals.
- Tax Compliance- Both Direct and Indirect Taxation including Income Tax & GST
- Filing of various Tax Returns and challan for Tax Payments
- Preparation & Filing of Various Tax Returns in compliance with tax laws
- Providing guidance on tax-related matters, including implications of transactions and potential risks, if any .
- Coordinating and managing tax audits, responding to inquiries from tax authorities, and providing necessary documentation
- Assisting in creating and updating Tax P & L
