Qualification : Inter CA only

Minimum 5 yrs of accounting experience , including managerial roles

Proficiency in taxation ( direct & indirect) and regulatory compliance is necessary

Should be able to confidentially handle audits and tax authorities

Strong financial analysis and reporting skills are essential

Excellent leadership and communication abilities are vital for team collaboration

Candidate should be self-starter , must be able to challenge status quo and solution provider.
