Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensuring all recruitment requisitions received are through HCMS with JDS, KRA and KPI and are approved by management
  • Sourcing candidates basis request received through online portals, references, etc.
  • Candidates to be sent behavioral assessment link and identity proofs/Salary Slips to be collected from all candidates.
  • Arranging preliminary round of interview with HODs
  • Arranging round of interview with HOD for final round.
  • Collecting all documents from shortlisted candidates like qualifications proofs, address proof, appt letter, etc.
  • Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates
  • Negotiating salary with the candidate and closing on salary negotiations
  • Sending approval mail to Department head for final approval.
  • Once approval received, release the offer to the shortlisted candidate
  • Initiate candidate verification checks through external agency
  • Handover the Joining documents to HR Operations team
