You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates" qualifications. Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide recruitment guidance. Your role will involve ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. You will track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements. Promote the company's culture, values, and mission to enhance employer branding. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with legal and organizational hiring practices.
