Senior Executive-Talent Acquisition(Call Centre Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employ innovative sourcing techniques to tap into the talent pool.
  2. Manage the recruitment lifecycle.
  3. Architect the employer brand, crafting narratives that resonate with potential candidates and reflect the ethos of MFL.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Someone who has honed their skills in talent acquisition within the NBFC/BFSI sector.

2. Someone who embodies the spirit of MFLagile, strategic, and forward-thinking.

3. Must possess a proven track record that showcases their prowess in not just recruiting talent but in recognizing and nurturing potential.

4. Their interviewing acumen must be top-notch, enabling them to discern the suitability of candidates for MFLs dynamic environment.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition(BPO Hiirng), preferably in the NBFC/BFSI sector.
  2. Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring processes.
  3. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
