Job  Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of supply executives towards company goals, profitability and building new supply channels.
  • Develop and sustain long- standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
  • Conduct research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and sample quality.
  • Strong coordination skills with other stakeholders like sales, client services and bids team to ensure smooth working and supply abundance.
  • Establish standards to assess the performance of approved vendors.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Evaluate client requirements(longer term) as well as project level requirements for audience/sample and reach out to vendors accordingly.


Required skills and qualifications


  • Strong negotiation skills & writing skills
  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership role preferred
  • Multi-disciplined and multi-tasking individuals with the ability to self-motivate in various scenarios.
  • Accountable for the task assigned.
  • Flexibility with shift timings and able to cater to the need of the hour.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
