Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes for the construction of residential apartment projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective, timely delivery of materials, and quality procurement of materials, seamless coordination with project teams equipment, contractors to meet construction schedules and quality standards. and services while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Planningo Develop procurement strategies and plansto support project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.o Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand material specifications and project requirements.o Forecast demand for materials and resources based on construction schedules.2. Vendor Managemento Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and subcontractors with proven track records in residential construction.o Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.o Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.3. Supply Chain Operationso Plan and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely availability of materials at construction sites.o Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management systems to avoid delays or overstocking.o Coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted construction activities4. Sourcing and Purchasingo Source high-quality construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs.o Review and analyze purchase requisitions, quotations, and bids.o Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining adherence to quality and safety standards.5. Project Coordinationo Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to forecast material requirements and align supply chain plans with project timelines.o Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards for all procured goods and services.o Address and resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays promptly.6. Budget and Cost Managemento Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.o Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or project timelines.o Track expenditure and report on cost variances to senior management.7. Compliance and Documentationo Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.o Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance documentation.o Address and resolve any compliance issues promptly.8. Risk Managemento Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, cost escalations, or quality issues.o Develop contingency plans for unforeseen procurement challenges.9.
