As a Manager at Konrad Group, you will leverage your successful career in digital to lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers. You will be responsible for managing large, complex projects and programs from inception to completion. Your primary role will involve leading strategy and management consulting engagements, as well as design and technology delivery engagements. Additionally, you will manage client expectations and ensure that delivery meets their needs. Leading the team by example, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle in collaboration with Konrad's senior leadership. As a senior member of the team, you will utilize your experience to solve complex business problems and guide clients through the creation of impactful end-to-end customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading medium to large teams and mentoring junior team members. Your responsibilities will include managing engagement processes, leading cross-functional teams, serving as a day-to-day client contact, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, strategizing software solutions, identifying business development opportunities, understanding clients" business challenges, and being a mentor and thought leader in design and technology trends.
