Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Infoseum IT OPC Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our business development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new client accounts, establishing strong relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. You will be tasked with identifying potential clients and engaging with hiring managers to understand their Non-IT staffing requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing existing vendor/client relationships and contracts. Leveraging your network, you will seek out new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive growth. In this role, you will need to travel as necessary to meet with clients, negotiate new opportunities, and present our services to both prospective and current clients. Your collaboration with the recruitment team will be essential to ensure the seamless delivery of our services and to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. To excel in this position, you should possess 5 to 6 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the US Staffing industry. A proven track record of success in business development and client acquisition specifically in Pharma, Mechanical, Engineering, and Non-IT US staffing sectors is required. Your expertise in the US Staffing industry, including market trends and competitor analysis, will be valuable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively presenting our services and value proposition to clients. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Your negotiation and closing skills will be put to the test as you work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is expected to support your daily activities.
