Manager - Strategic Alliances

Role Overview: As a member of the IDP team, your role will focus on developing alliances and partnerships with senior stakeholders in domestic educational institutions to establish IDP as their preferred partner for overseas education for their students. Your primary goal will be to enhance IDP's brand image within the cohort of these institutions, ultimately leading to the achievement of zonal LIS targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an ecosystem for IDP that contributes to the growth of student recruitment. - Achieve annual targets for establishing tie-ups and MOUs with institutes for student placements. - Design and implement outreach strategies to effectively reach the target audience. - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and colleges across India, particularly with key decision-makers in these institutes. - Drive and nurture alliances with premium institutes, fostering strategic relationships with them. - Assist local offices in leveraging these alliances for mutual benefit. - Implement operational initiatives such as local institution activities, education conferences, presentations in schools and colleges, open houses, and participation in career fairs to expand outreach. - Coordinate support from marketing and customer relationship teams at the branch level for conducting significant activities locally. - Organize engagement activities with partner institutes to meet their requirements, including fairs, webinars, and more. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in building ecosystems for student recruitment. - Proven track record of meeting targets for establishing partnerships and MOUs with educational institutes. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing successful outreach strategies. - Strong relationship-building skills with schools, colleges, and key decision-makers. - Experience in maintaining alliances with premium institutes and leveraging strategic relationships. - Proficiency in implementing operational initiatives to maximize outreach effectively. - Ability to coordinate support for local activities and engagement events with partner institutes.
