Manager / Sr. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

REPORTING AND ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIP

Reporting :

This position Manager / Sr. Manager (Finance & Accounts) will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Reportees:

Employees handling General Ledger.

Location & Position Description

This position is a full- time position and based at Corporate office in Hyderabad , Telangana.

This position is to assist the Chief Financial Officer in his day-to-day work and the candidate has got a great potential to grow with the company. The candidate should have sound knowledge in Accounts and Finance Function and need to spearhead the Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Statutory Compliances under Income Tax Act & MIS Reports. He needs to lead the general ledger team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager/ Sr. Manager (Finance) Plays vital role in the organisation and his key responsibilities includes:

1. Needs to ensure the accounting of transactions in order and on time.

2. General Ledger management.

3. Direct Tax management and compliance.

4. Coordinate with other functions to ensure the completion of accounting and audit on time.

5. Capitalisation of fixed assets and management of FA Register.

6. To assess and correct internal controls across organisation periodically.

7. To actively participate in Information Technology initiatives of the company.

8. To manage treasury function of the organisation.

9. Preparation of Monthly P&L, Cash Flow Statement, Quarterly Financials.

10. Internal, Statutory, Tax & Cost Audit & Compliances under Income Tax.

KYE COMPETENCIES

Through understanding of Finance Function of Retails Industry or any other Similar industry.

Sound knowledge in accounting and Ind AS.

Good Knowledge in Direct and Indirect Tax, Companies Act.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge in any ERP is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant

Knowledge in Retails or similar industry is a must.
