POSITION / DESIGNATION: Manager

REPORTING AND ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIP

Reporting :

This role Manager Business Finance or Business Analyst will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Reportees :

Currently NIL

Location & Position Description

This position is a full- time position and based at Corporate office in Hyderabad , Telangana.

This position is to assist the Chief Financial Officer in MIS, Analysis, Presentations and Investor Relations and the candidate has got a great potential to grow with the company. The candidate should have sound knowledge in Finance Function & Business Analysis and need to spearhead the Business Analysis and Investor Relations Function of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Finance Manager / Business Analyst plays vital role in the organisation and his key responsibilities includes:

1. Analyse retail sales data, customer purchasing patterns, footfall, inventory turnover, and operational KPIs.

2. Develop dashboards and reports using tools.

3. Identify inefficiencies in store operations, supply chain, or product assortment.

4. Recommend solutions to optimize costs, increase revenue.

5. Track industry trends and analyse competitor performance to support strategic planning.

6. Support financial planning by forecasting sales and preparing data-driven budgets.

7. Preparation of MIS, Business Model and Presentations.

8. Support to Organize investor briefings, earnings calls, AGMs, and roadshows.

9. Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor presentations, and earnings releases.

10. Assist in investor site visit to stores and warehouse.

KYE COMPETENCIES

Through understanding of Finance Function of Retails Industry or Similar industry.

Sound knowledge in Finance, Business Analysis.

Fluency in English.

Qualifications and Experience

MBA in reputed institution with 3 to 5 years experience in retail industry or similar industry.
