Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Experience: 4 – 9 Years About the RoleSolenis GSS India is looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance Analyst to join our Global Finance team. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business insights. You’ll play a key role in Revenue, Gross Profit (GP), and SG&A analysis, sales incentive plan support, and financial reporting/dashboarding for our leadership team. What You’ll DoTeam Management: Lead a team of 2–5 members, including recruiting, training, and mentoring.Financial Analysis:Analyze & comment on Revenue and SG&A expense trends.Support monthly BU (Business Unit) reviews of spends and GP.Deliver monthly reports in alignment with annual budgets & forecasts.Forecasting & Reporting:Assist in monthly sales & expense forecast updates.Generate routine financial reports for leadership review.Sales Incentive Plan (SIP):Perform initial SIP calculations.Reconcile incentive targets vs. achievements.Dashboarding & Analytics:Develop reports using OneStream Solution.Create and optimize Tableau dashboards for financial insights.Ensure accuracy of data and execution of daily business rules. Skills RequiredFinancial Analysis & FP&A – Revenue, GP & SG&A analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis.Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) – Calculation & reconciliation.Tools & Systems – OneStream Solution, Tableau, Advanced Excel.Data Analytics & Reporting – Financial dashboards, monthly reports, trend/variance commentary.Team Management – Leading, mentoring, and guiding small teams.Stakeholder Collaboration – Working with commercial and corporate finance teams.Communication Skills – Ability to present insights and recommendations effectively.
