Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - FP&A. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement financial models to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
Analyze internal financial information, including profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and rates of return.
Conduct analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations, such as inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team.
Manage a mixed team of specialists and support roles, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
Participate in/lead the development of new solutions/projects, sharing best practices and advice with coworkers.

Job Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering input to policies, processes, and standards.
Experience in managing a team, focusing on employee development and retention.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA/PGDM.
