Assistant Manager - FP&A

As a Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FNA) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial decision-making by leveraging your expertise and skills in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support business objectives. - Analyse financial data to evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends and insights. - Prepare financial models, dashboards, and reports to facilitate informed business decisions. - Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with overall business strategy. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements. - Analyse revenue streams, profitability margins, and business drivers to enhance financial performance. - Monitor financial risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. - Enhance financial processes, automation, and reporting accuracy to streamline operations. - Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar roles. - Strong proficiency in Excel, Financial Modeling, and Data Analysis. - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QBO) and Internal Accounting. - Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus. - Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information effectively. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and process improvement skills. - Accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis. - Experience in the Healthcare Industry is preferred.
