Assistant Finance Manager(Chartered Accountant)

Job Profile

Responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, budgetary controls, and supports business growth initiatives through data-driven financial management.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor business performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS) and internal financial policies.
• Support audits (internal and statutory) by preparing required schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement financial controls.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports for timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to management on business opportunities, risks, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Mentor junior team members in financial analysis and reporting best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be a Qualified CA.
• Post Qualification minimum 2 years of Experience
