Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills. Qualifications: B. Com Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction sector. Preferred Attributes: Experience in handling multi-location projects and large-scale developments. Exposure to Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Development Management (DM) models. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
