Job Profile: Manager / Senior Manager Finance

Company: A growing USFDA Regulated Pharma based in Navi Mumbai

Role Overview:

The Manager/Senior Manager Finance will play a pivotal leadership role in strengthening the organisations financial performance, governance, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & MIS

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly MIS, providing meaningful insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation of annual financial statements for the parent company and subsidiaries in accordance with IGAAP/IND AS/US GAAP.

Audit Leadership

  • Drive the timely completion of statutory audits across entities by working closely with statutory auditors.
  • Partner with internal auditors to strengthen controls, address gaps, and implement audit recommendations promptly.

Accounting Governance

  • Ensure accurate monthly expense provisioning, income accruals, and asset capitalization.
  • Maintain high standards of accounting discipline suitable for a regulated pharma environment.

Compliance & Regulatory Management

  • Oversee timely and accurate compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.

Internal Controls & ERP Excellence

  • Develop and enforce internal financial controls to support scalability and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure robust financial processes and data integrity within the ERP environment.

Working Capital & Operational Finance

  • Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for timely vendor payments, strong credit control, and optimized working capital.

Team & Reporting Structure:

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Team Size: 810 finance team members

Experience & Qualifications:

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience (preferable CA and from Pharma background)
  • Knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, US GAAP, and ERP systems
