As a Manager / Sr. Manager of Business Operations at MCX in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing operational strategies that are aligned with our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating between Business and Technology for technology support, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to contribute to the overall success of the business. Your role will involve understanding various functions in the commodity derivatives segment, identifying manual processes for automation to improve turnaround time, and improvising processes to enhance efficiency without compromising compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for working on newer solutioning, building processes for faster implementation, and assessing compliance implications of circulars for technology compliances. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in financial services/capital market domain will be advantageous. You will be expected to manage audits, fine-tune policies and procedures, and demonstrate excellent team management skills, interpersonal skills, conflict management, and team-building capabilities. As a part of the MCX team, you should show ownership and commitment to tasks, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to interact clearly with internal customers.
