We are looking for a Manager/ Sr. Manager Branding

Location: Mumbai- Head Office

Role & Responsibilities

1. Strengthen the brand presence for D'Decor in the Indian market through various ATL, BTL & trade promotion activities

2. Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business objectives.

3. Design & implement In store visual merchandising stories, window displays & PR stories to showcase new products & collections

4. Cultivate & build consumer fan base through consistent digital marketing activities via FB, YouTube, Pintrest & other social media plug-ins

5. Build & maintain relationships with Industry bodies & the editorial fraternity for PR plug-

ins

6. Campaigns for promoting the D'Decor exclusive brand outlets as the destination for the

latest in home furnishings.

7. Packaging development and design aesthetics ,

8. Create & Drive consumer handles to increase category engagement & hence conversions

9. Responsible for developing , implementing and sustaining a Brand and Communications

strategy to achieve the objectives of the Brand and make it one of the Top 50 Brands in the country.

10. Interacting with advertising/media agencies, providing the brief, evaluating & implementing the 360 degree creative, planning and media strategy

11. Ideating creative routes for newly launched products/services and conceptualizing end to end execution

12. Event / Exhibition management, strategic and tactical campaign deployment.

13. Initiating and conducting relevant research through research agencies

14. Identifying market niches and launching new products to satisfy the niche

15. To manage corporate identity, electronic communications, internal communications, corporate events program, publications and other marketing materials.

16. Develop and implement internal and external communications programs including

better negotiations with vendors for cost effectiveness.

Content Management and creation

1. Copy repository of existing content and creating a bank of researched information for all
2. products.
3. Retail /events/ institutions
4. Digital campaigns/social media/e-mailers/launches

Education :

1. PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
2. Should have minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have good communication skills
2. Has the experience of core branding functions experience

Skill Required :

1. Well versed in computers all applications
2. Have command over commercial aspect of advertising
3. Creative and commercial thought process
4. Thorough knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising - advertised products pan India in Metro, II & III tier cities in India
