Calibration/ Validation of press tools, welding fixtures and receiver gauges
Resolution of Parts Quality Problems occurs online, GRR, FQA and Capa Management
Reduction in Supplier Rejection PPMs
PCPA - Process Control Plan based Audits of BO Parts
Direct Online part - DOL Certification and Sustenance
Supplier Quality Rating Improvement
Supplier Upgradation and Capability Improvement to Zero Defect
