Hands on Experience in Skin Panels, Sheet Metal Fabrication - Press and Welding Parts and Operations.Problem solving techniques - press, welding processes and material defects.Type of machines and manufacturing toolings.Calibration/ Validation of press tools, welding fixtures and receiver gauges.Resolution of Parts Quality Problems occurs online, GRR, FQA and Capa Management.Reduction in Supplier Rejection PPMs.PCPA - Process Control Plan based Audits of BO Parts. Direct Online part - DOL Certification and Sustenance.Supplier Quality Rating Improvement. Supplier Upgradation and Capability Improvement to Zero Defect.Work for Future ready suppliers network
