Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at our facility in Khurja. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications. Responsibilities include project management, resource allocation, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that production targets are met. The Manager will also be involved in continuous improvement processes, performance evaluations, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Project management and resource allocation experience
• Knowledge in industry standards and compliance (ISO9001:2015, ISO27001:2013, ISO45001:2018)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
