Manager / Senior Manager – Demand Generation (SEO + Growth Marketing)

• Build and scale an organic-first demand engine across geographies and GTM motions
• Drive content-led inbound growth and top-funnel velocity for B2B SaaS
• Own SEO, SEM, content ops, and funnel analytics, end to end
• Manage a lean performance budget and drive revenue influence across 15–25 Cr pipeline
• Collaborate with PMMs, Sales, and Product to convert storytelling into sales
  

What You Bring To The Table

• 3 - 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce tech demand gen, with a bias toward organic
• Proven ownership of performance marketing budgets worth 2–3 Cr annually
• Strong chops in SEO, SEM, remarketing, content workflows, and campaign ops
• Deep hands-on expertise with GA4, Salesforce, GSC, Semrush, LinkedIn Ads, Pardot, etc.
• Analytical mindset, obsessed with funnel metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization
• Experience collaborating across SDR, PMM, and growth teams to ship campaigns fast
• Bonus: Experience in PLG environments or marketing to Shopify merchants and fintech buyers
