Manager – Security & Risk Management (Ex-Servicemen)

Objective:

•To ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and premises by implementing robust security systems, policies, and procedures, while managing security personnel and compliance requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement security & risk management policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.

•Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational security standards.

•Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring discipline and adherence to procedures.

•Monitor and maintain security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and ensure 24/7 coverage.

•Oversee material inward and outward movement processes to prevent pilferage and unauthorized access.

•Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate with law enforcement when required.

•Manage security vendors, contracts, and budgets; conduct regular audits and inspections.

•Lead crisis management, disaster recovery planning, and conduct security awareness training.

Education & Experience:

•Mandatory background in Army, Navy, Air Force, or Civil Defense (Ex-Servicemen)

•Graduate in any discipline; certification in security management preferred.

•8–12 years of manufacturing plant security, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

•Knowledge of security systems, risk assessment, crisis management, and material movement processes.

•Familiarity with local laws and compliance requirements.
