Experience: 09 to 12 YearsLocation: Savli, VadodaraSalary: Upto 11.00 CTC LPAExperience Preferred in Industrial EPC/MEP projects, Fire Fighting & Building Management System (BMS) projects

Job Description:

*Handle end-to-end procurement for EPC/MEP projects
*Float RFQs, evaluate offers, negotiate terms & prepare CBA*Coordinate with engineering for techno-commercial evaluations*Place orders & manage post-order activities (drawings, dispatches, documentation)*Liaise with clients, teams & global counterparts to track progress*Develop & implement procurement strategies across projects*Prepare cost estimates, maintain data banks & analyze cost-saving opportunities*Engage service vendors/sub-consultants as per project needs*Generate procurement reports, trackers & dashboards*Monitor market trends, pricing, and industry updates*Ensure compliance with procurement policies, anti-bribery norms & ISO/IMS standards

Skills Required:

*Strong EPC/MEP procurement knowledge
*Expert in bid evaluation & negotiations*Proficient in E-procurement tools*Good decision-making & multitasking ability*Excellent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
