Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying new potential partners. You will promote and sell the company's range of UPVC products such as Doors, Windows, Partitions, etc., to dealers, architects, and contractors. Your role will involve ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues related to orders, product quality, or service. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback to the management for strategic planning. Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing after-sales support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are crucial aspects of the job. You will also be required to prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies - Build and maintain relationships with dealers and identify new partners - Promote and sell UPVC products to dealers, architects, and contractors - Ensure timely product delivery and resolve any related issues - Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management - Attend trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility - Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare sales reports and maintain sales activity records Qualifications Required: - Proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Willingness to travel within the region to meet dealers and customers - Familiarity with the glass or architectural materials industry is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for sales and a results-driven approach Please note that the job is full-time with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
