1. Perform system audit, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
2. Create and maintain complete documentation.
3. Train users and drive adoption across sales & marketing / service teams.
4. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and security model.
5. Build automation (Flows) and streamline approval processes.
6. Design reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
7. Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and governance.
8. Coordinate integrations with SAP, marketing tools, HR applications and
communication platforms.
9. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement best practices.
Experience: 45 years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud
preferred).
• Strong understanding of:
a. Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules)
b. Automation with Flows
c. Security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets)
d. Reports and Dashboards
• Data management skills (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
• Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (advantageous but
not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills to conduct user training and interact with
stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Certifications
• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder Sales Cloud Consultant.
Soft Skills
• Business insights for Sales & Marketing / Service processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
