Support Lead Office 365 & Azure

We are hiring a Support Lead with expertise in Office 365, Exchange, MS Teams, and Azure. This role is based in Mumbai and requires a professional with 6 10 years of support experience in enterprise IT environments. If you are skilled in Exchange migration, troubleshooting, automation scripting, and security administration, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:-

• As a Support Lead Office 365 / Exchange / MS Teams, you will:


• Provide L2/L3 support for Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, and ODFB.


• Manage Exchange Online, MS Teams, email gateway, archiving, and journaling solutions.


• Troubleshoot complex issues in Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365 environments.


• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.


• Work with MS Azure and Azure AD for identity & access management.


• Ensure compliance with AIP (Azure Information Protection) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).


• Support migration projects and coordinate with global teams.


• Deliver high-quality support in night shifts as required.

Must-Have Skills:-

• 6 10 years of IT support experience.


• Strong expertise in Office 365 Admin, Exchange Online, and MS Teams.


• Experience in Exchange 2010/2013 troubleshooting.


• PowerShell scripting for task automation.


• Knowledge of MS Azure, Azure AD, and security administration.


• Experience with AIP and DLP support.


• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work night shifts.

Education:-

Any Graduate (IT, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred).
