Deliver/execute assigned project work and ensure to meet 100% quality (Scope, Schedule and Budget defined for the project) and high level of customer satisfaction. Follows the procedure of RA engineering standards and in LCS Quality Management System (QMS) while executing project work. Support standardization in project and applications. Maximize reusability of standardized documents, applications, and engineering in projects. Proactive communication to lead engineer / project manager. Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve teams capabilities. Support Lead Engineer on technical issues and work closely with them to achieve customer acceptance. Work closely with the project manager to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application technical expertise to get repeat orders and retain customer satisfaction. Participates in capability demonstrations and sales support activities whenever required. Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education (SKEE): Full time bachelors degree in Core engineering branches (electrical, instrumentation and electronics communication). 2 - 5 years of experience in relevant field. Good knowledge and understanding of core subjects with basic knowledge of programming languages e.g. C, C++ etc..
