Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Professional to oversee and manage daily administrative operations across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilities management, infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, travel and hospitality, asset management, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. General Administration & Facility Management Oversee day-to-day office administration activities across multiple locations. Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, pantry, and security services. Monitor facility-related AMC contracts (AC, DG, UPS, CCTV, etc.).
