Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Team Management:Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds individual and team sales targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Training & Development:Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Assisting the sales team in negotiating deals and closing sales transactions.
  • Compliance:Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales is often required.
  • Sales management experience: Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Negotiation and closing skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals is a key requirement.
  • Market knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market is essential.
  • Leadership and motivation skills: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer relationship management: Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
