Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business at designated locations by acquiring and converting leads, enhancing customer engagement and retention, executing marketing campaigns, and strengthening brand building efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and supervise Marketing executives - Utilize extensive marketing knowledge along with understanding of customer and business dynamics - Familiarity with market dos and don'ts - Stay informed about competitor routes, strategies, and rates - Meet customers to increase bookings and deliveries - Conduct market surveys and identify expansion opportunities - Provide clear goals to executives and drive them towards success - Achieve monthly targets - Proactively identify new prospective business areas, clients, and close deals Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development and marketing - Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work towards targets and deadlines - Knowledge of market analysis and expansion strategies In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits including health insurance and provident fund for this full-time, permanent position with in-person work location.,
