Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager ASH Sales to lead and expand our sales footprint within the Building Materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building materials such as cement, paints, RMC, waste management, or related industries, along with a robust database of builders, contractors, road construction companies, and other key stakeholders. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients in the construction, road, and infrastructure sectors, including builders, contractors, road construction companies, and waste management firms. Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Mapping & Database Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, industry contacts, and project pipelines. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities. Tendering & Negotiation: Participate in bidding, tendering, and negotiations to secure contracts and projects. Coordination: Collaborate with technical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in sales within building materials sectors such as cement, paints, RMC, waste management, or related industries. Network: Established relationships and a strong database of builders, contractors, road construction companies, and relevant industry players. Skills: o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.o Strong understanding of construction industry procurement processes.o Ability to strategize and drive business growth.o Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
