Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Logistics Sales to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation, with proven expertise in costing, client engagement, and handling diverse logistics segments such as cement, steel, mining, RMC, bulk materials, construction materials, waste management, raw materials, port logistics, and road transportation The candidate should possess excellent networking skills to connect with various companies across industries and drive new business opportunities Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand business within existing accounts in the logistics sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries such as cement, steel, mining, construction, waste, raw materials, ports, and road logistics Understand client logistics requirements and offer tailored transportation and supply chain solutions Conduct detailed logistics and transportation costing analysis to provide competitive and profitable pricing Identify potential business opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue Coordinate with internal teams (operations, commercial, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Advanced degrees are a plus Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in logistics/transportation sales, preferably with exposure to bulk, raw material, port, or road logistics Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in industries such as cement, steel, mining, construction, and port logistics Strong understanding of logistics costing, freight rates, and supply chain optimization Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales initiatives Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is desirable Preferred Skills: Extensive network within the target industries and logistics ecosystem Ability to work independently and as part of a team Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Please send your resume to sudhaya.k@refex.co.in / whatsapp - 75501 12776 Location - Kadapa, Nellore, Vizag, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi
