Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Sales (Engineering Polymer Compounds) position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing sales operations, building and executing business plans, fostering strong customer relationships, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role also requires analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic decisions to drive overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to drive data-informed strategies and effective decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present information clearly
• Expertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and maintain solid relationships with customers
• Proven experience in Sales Operations with a results-driven mindset to achieve targets
• Familiarity with the thermoplastic processing or polymer industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with previous experience in sales management roles
