Manager - Sales & Business Development

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement • Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch • Hire and train all employees of the branch • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
• Responsible for the growth and quality of the branch • Overseeing all activities to ensure your company is adhering to industry best practices and company policy • Identify sales opportunities • Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis • Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch • Maintaining equipment and supply inventories • Managing company finances (Collections) • Lead/supervise team members, collaborate across sites, and business functions on best practices, continuous improvement opportunities. • Develop, review, update and comply with internal procedures including Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practice Documents.

Qualification • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business • 5-10 years of experience • Experience in hiring and training individuals

Should Be fluent in English and Hindi.

Should own a Bike.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
