📌 What you’ll do:


Build & manage SME client relationships 🤝


Onboard & engage bankers across regions


Drive lending solutions (Personal, Home, Car, LAP, Business Loans, etc.)


Collaborate with lenders, legal & credit teams for smooth deal execution


Monitor performance & deliver insights via MIS & dashboards


📌 What we’re looking for:


3–4 years’ experience (SME / Branch Banking preferred)


Strong understanding of retail credit, SME finance & unsecured lending


Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ownership & execution


Familiarity with CRM, MS Office & pipeline tracking


Experience in Banking, MSME, Fintech, or NBFC ecosystem a plus


📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
