Manager - Sales and Operations

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with the Sales and Marketing departments to refine the lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance using reporting and dashboards. Your responsibilities will include sales forecasting, analytics, and enhancing sales productivity by simplifying processes. You will track key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment. Additionally, you will define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance, refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and enhance renewal and upsell processes. Managing a successful sales support team to consistently meet or exceed daily sales performance metrics will also be part of your role.
