Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets in air cargo services. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics partners. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. - Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. - Collaborate effectively with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability. - Act as a representative of the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in air cargo sales or freight forwarding. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. - Profound understanding of air freight operations, pricing mechanisms, and industry regulations. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
