Assistant Accounts Manager

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Analytical and interpersonal skills

• Advanced computer skills (MS Excel and Tally Prime)

• Proficient with spoken & written English

Education and experience

• Preferably 5 or 6 years experience in airline cargo, logistics or freight forwarding industry

• Graduate or Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing of TDS Returns.

• Handling Accounts Payable and vendor reconciliations.

• Performing ledger reconciliation and ensuring accuracy of financial records.

• Filing Form 15CA & 15CB for foreign remittances.

• Coordinating with banks for international transactions.

• Using Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Supporting statutory and internal audits as required

• ITBR/Intercompany reconciliation.
