Manager, Safety & Security Intelligence
Wayfair is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to oversee operations at our India Technology Development Center (TDC). This is a unique opportunity to join our Global Safety & Security team and play a critical role in protecting Wayfair s people, assets, and global operations.
This individual will manage contracted security staff, lead incident monitoring and response, and own the India TDC s safety and security program. In addition, they will support international events, investigations, and monitoring by gathering and sharing information that helps keep Wayfair employees and operations safe.

What You ll Do
What You ll Need

6+ years in safety and security operations, with at least 3 years managing contracted security staff, GSOC functions, or equivalent operational leadership.

Ability to conduct onsite physical security activities including standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, performing foot patrols in varying weather/terrain, and responding quickly to emergencies.

Familiarity with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and incident management systems (e.g., Lenel, ExacQvision).

Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and direct security officers or contracted personnel.

Strong problem solving and crisis management skills, with sound judgment in both routine and emergency scenarios.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging with site leadership, global partners, and external agencies.

Ability to travel within India and internationally (U.S., Europe, and Asia) to support enterprise operations.

Comfort working in a high visibility, fast paced environment with shifting priorities and global scope.
