Job Description

As a Manager - Right of Way (ROW) at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your role involves monitoring ROW issues and resolving them in collaboration with concerned stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include: - Overall monitoring of ROW issues based on severity and ensuring their resolution - Support in developing and meeting the requirements of National and Multilateral entities - Maintaining cost efficiency, planning budgets, and managing assets effectively - Ensuring ROW clearances to facilitate timely project delivery within budget - Engaging with District Administration to resolve critical ROW issues and managing legal matters related to ROW in power lines - Driving the monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting to project management/senior management team, identifying risk mitigation steps, and developing initiatives to set industry benchmarks Your role will demand frequent travel to project sites. In terms of competencies, you are expected to demonstrate impact and influence, information seeking, initiative, innovative thinking, financial acumen, operational expertise, people management skills, and a strategic mindset.
