Job Title: Manager Risk & Compliance (Resourcing Compliance Manager – SoQM)

Department:

Role Summary

The Manager – Risk & Compliance will support the Audit Talent Deployment team by managing and enhancing SoQM (System of Quality Management) processes within audit resourcing. This role requires deep understanding of SoQM requirements, audit resourcing workflows, data-driven decision-making, and strong stakeholder management. The position ensures that all resourcing activities align with regulatory, quality, and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

SoQM Compliance & Controls

  • Run, monitor, and track SoQM controls across Audit Resourcing to ensure full compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and manage process risks related to SoQM controls and resourcing workflows.
  • Handle exceptions in planning and BAU, including technical overlays, accreditations, and role requirements.
  • Respond to SoQM-related queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.

Process Management & Improvement

  • Provide expert guidance on SoQM policies, frameworks, and implementation best practices.
  • Identify areas of improvement in resourcing controls and drive continuous enhancement of workflows.
  • Support the development and refinement of governance documentation and control processes.
  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects within Talent Deployment and Workforce Management.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reporting aligned with SoQM, Audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use data tools to monitor controls, evaluate process performance, and support decision-making.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Audit, Talent Deployment, and other functions.
  • Communicate policy updates, process changes, and risk insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive compliance operations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of

    SoQM (System of Quality Management)

    and Audit resourcing processes.
  • Proven stakeholder and relationship management abilities, including working with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting; good proficiency in

    Excel

    and data tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
